Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with Escobar Home Solutions for remodeling services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not utilize our services.

2. Services Provided
Escobar Home Solutions offers a range of remodeling services including, but not limited to, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, flooring, painting, and general renovations.

3. Estimates and Pricing
- Estimates provided by Escobar Home Solutions are based on initial assessments and may change based on unforeseen conditions or client requests for changes.
- All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
- A deposit of 50% of the total estimate is required to secure the project start date.

4. Payment Terms
- Final payment is due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Payments can be made via credit card, check, cash, and Zelle.
- Late payments may incur a fee of 10% per month on the outstanding balance.

5. Project Timeline
- Escobar Home Solutions will provide an estimated timeline for the completion of services. This timeline is subject to change due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, supply chain delays, or client-requested changes.
- Clients will be notified promptly of any changes to the timeline.

6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide access to the property during scheduled work hours.
- Any necessary permits or approvals required for the remodeling work must be obtained by the client unless otherwise agreed.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that the work area is clear of personal belongings, and any necessary preparations are made prior to the start of work.

7. Warranties and Guarantees
- Escobar Home Solutions provides a warranty on workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of project completion. This warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, neglect, or acts of God.
- Any materials used may have their own manufacturer warranties, which will be provided to the client upon request.

8. Change Orders
- Any changes to the original scope of work must be documented in a Change Order form and may affect the project timeline and cost.
- Change Orders must be agreed upon by both the client and Escobar Home Solutions in writing before work proceeds.

9. Limitation of Liability
- Escobar Home Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the performance of services.
- Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Escobar Home Solutions from any claims arising out of work performed under these terms.

10. Termination
- Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party fails to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions.
- In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all services performed up to the date of termination.

11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in McHenry, IL.

12. Amendments
Escobar Home Solutions reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services will constitute acceptance of the amended terms.
